We don’t run random workouts. We build athletes with purpose. Every program at CPI is structured, measurable, and designed for long-term performance and health.
From youth athletes learning foundational movement to professionals refining elite performance, CPI provides a clear pathway for growth at every stage.
The CPI Difference
At CPI, everything we do is science-based and data-driven. We track each athlete's performance metrics and store them in individual profile pages — accessible to both the athlete and their parents — so progress is always visible, measurable, and shareable with coaches.
Speed Development
We believe speed is the “tide that lifts all boats.” Generally the fastest athletes are not only the most athletic but also the ones that stand out the most. Our speed development training focuses on all three phases of speed: acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction. We track and time our athletes weekly in one of the following metrics: miles per hour, flying 10, 10-yard acceleration, or 40-yard dash. All metrics are stored in each athlete’s profile page for both parents and athletes to view progress and share with coaches. We offer classes, small groups, 1-on-1, or team training.
Strength & Power
We believe that speed is a result of putting force into the ground and being explosive. Our workouts are tailored to each athlete’s goals and needs to help them become faster. We track each athlete’s bar speed on certain lifts, as well as their vertical and broad jumps. These are stored in each athlete’s profile page for both parents and athletes to view progress and share with coaches. We offer classes, small groups, 1-on-1, or team training.
Recovery Science
It’s not all speed and strength. If you are not recovering properly and consistently, you will not be performing at your best. Our recovery protocols are science-based and tailored to each individual. Our recovery options include hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy beds, cold plunge, sauna, compression, and mobility work. Benefits of consistent recovery: repair muscle tissue, reduce soreness, restore energy storage, balance hormones, lower injury risk, accelerate rehab, and improve long-term performance.
Faith & Character
Our first goal is to build high-character athletes and future leaders. We pour into our athletes and help build them to become stronger spiritually, mentally, and physically. This is our ministry and our chance to serve this community.
Adults (16+)
Whether you’re looking to make CPI your home gym or train like an athlete, we have options for you. Choose from instructor-led group classes designed to build strength, mobility, and energy — or follow your own programming with an open gym membership. We also offer small group and 1-on-1 training for a more personalized approach.

CPI’s 18,000 square-foot facility is built for complete athlete development, with dedicated indoor turf lanes, Olympic lifting platforms, a full recovery suite, physical therapy rooms, and classroom and leadership space. Every area is designed to support structured training, recovery, and long-term performance.
